I hate spam myself and therefore promise I will not pass any of your personal information on to anyone else.

After your order has been processed, and once you have received your order and are satisfied with it I will only thereafter contact you with details of new products that may be of interest to you. However, if you do not wish me to send you this information then please let me know and I will respect your wishes and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

I want you to have a positive and safe shopping experience with HBB. I use the PayPal online payment system which uses Secure Sockets Layer Technology (SSL). Returns Policy
I want you to be a happy, satisfied customer who is pleased with their purchase. However, if in the unlikely event that for any reason you are not satisfied then simply return it in original condition, within 7 days of receipt, for an exchange or a full refund (excluding delivery charge). In order to receive a refund the goods MUST be ‘unopened and/or unused, be complete with sales tag and in a resaleable condition’. I will refund the correct amount via PayPal within 28 days if the item is found to be in the required condition.

I would ask that you please contact me before sending goods back as we may be able to solve the issue by discussion and if that is not possible I would like to be aware of your concerns before I receive the item back so that I can quickly resolve your problem, by exchange or refund.

I recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting & make sure the delivery method covers the item & posting value for insurance purposes as I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Ensure the item is re-packed appropriately in order to prevent damage in transit and ensure that your full name, your address, the order reference number, reason for return and the action you would like me to take is clearly indicated and included with the item.

Your existing Consumer Statutory Rights are not affected by these conditions
